• Define and implement non-functional testing strategies, frameworks, and execution plans.  

• Conduct performance testing (load, stress, endurance, scalability) to ensure system stability.  

• Execute security testing in collaboration with cybersecurity teams to address vulnerabilities.  

• Lead failover and disaster recovery testing to validate business continuity measures.  

• Ensure system resilience, fault tolerance, and high availability.  

• Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and DevOps teams to ensure efficient test environments.  

• Define service level agreements (SLAs) and system response benchmarks.  

• Document test results, defects, and provide recommendations for improvement.  

• Work closely with vendors, business analysts, and IT teams to address performance bottlenecks.  

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data privacy, and security standards.

• At least 3+ years of experience in load, stress, endurance, scalability and other types of non-functional testing.

• Non-Functional Requirements Expertise; Experience in gathering information, defining non-functional requirements, and testing of performance, stress, and scalability testing needs; ability to analyze system limitations and ensure alignment with business and technical expectations.

• Automation background; Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes, including test planning, test execution, and defect management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders  

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum, and experience working in an Agile environment.

• Ability to use and manipulate DBs.  

• Knowledge of banking operations and processes is a plus.  

• Knowledge of programming languages is a plus.
