We are looking for a motivated Infrastructure & IT Support Specialist to join our internal IT team. At Highway, you will play a critical role in maintaining on-premises and cloud environments that our teams need to build world-class software. This is not just "desktop support" role. You will dive deep into the technical layers of our infrastructure, gaining hands-on experience with the complex cloud-based services and hybrid systems that power a modern software house.

What You Will Do

IT Support

  • Provide technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.  
  • Install, configure, and maintain employee workstations, laptops, and peripheral devices.  
  • Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions across company systems.  
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing and configuring IT equipment.  

Infrastructure Management

  • Maintain and monitor  IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and systems.  
  • Assist in managing cloud services, backups, and system updates.  
  • Ensure the stability, performance, and security of IT systems.  

IT Operations

  • Maintain IT inventory and asset management records.  
  • Document IT processes, configurations, and support procedures.  
  • Assist in implementing infrastructure improvements and IT best practices.  

Security & Compliance

  • Support the implementation of IT security policies and procedures.  
  • Monitor systems for potential security risks and report vulnerabilities.  
  • Ensure proper access management and data protection practices.  

What We're Looking For
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure administration.  
  • Experience with Linux, macOS, Windows and networking basics.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plus.  
  • Knowledge of IT security practices and access management.

  • Excellent communication skills. Fluent in Armenian and English (both written and verbal).
  • Analytical Thinking: A methodical approach to troubleshooting and the ability to follow complex technical guides.
  • Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new technologies and environments in a fast-paced software development house.
  • Proactivity: Comfortable asking clarifying questions and suggesting improvements to existing workflows.
  • Reliability & Escalation Ownership: Be the reliable point of contact for your assigned areas. You are responsible for knowing when to dive deeper and when to take the initiative to escalate, ensuring that no issue is left "hanging" or unresolved.
