We are looking for a Head of HR to lead and shape the company’s people strategy in a fast-growing fintech environment. This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on partnership across the business, ensuring that people practices effectively support organizational growth, performance, and culture.

As a key member of the leadership team, the Head of HR will work closely with executives and managers to align HR initiatives with business priorities, build scalable HR processes, and foster a high-performing, engaged workforce.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and implement the company’s HR strategy aligned with overall business goals and growth plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
  • Establish and continuously improve HR frameworks, policies, and processes to support a scaling organization.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to understand team needs and translate them into effective people solutions.
  • Support managers in performance management, leadership development, and team effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance on complex employee matters, organizational changes, and talent decisions.
  • Lead initiatives related to performance management, career development, and succession planning.
  • Promote a culture of continuous feedback, development, and learning.
  • Strengthen and evolve the company culture in line with organizational values and business direction.
  • Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.
  • Ensure transparent and effective internal communication across the organization.
  • Oversee HR operations including compensation frameworks, HR systems, and people analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.
  • Build scalable HR infrastructure to support company growth and organizational maturity.

What We're Looking For
  • At least 8+ years of experience in HR, including at least 3 years in a Head of HR or similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor legislation, and HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Experience developing and implementing HR strategies and organizational development initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in complex people-related situations.
  • Experience working in fast-paced and dynamic environments, preferably in technology or fintech companies.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to build and scale HR processes in growing organizations.
  • Experience using data and people analytics to inform HR strategies and support data-driven decision making.
