As the QA Manager, you will be responsible for defining and leading the quality assurance strategy, processes, and tools across the organization. You will manage and mentor QA engineers, implement automation frameworks, and ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality fintech products. This role requires strong technical expertise in testing methodologies, leadership skills, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across QA practices.

What You Will Do
  • Lead, mentor, and coach the QA team, fostering an engineering culture where quality is a shared, cross-functional responsibility.
  • Set clear goals and performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
  • Drive team motivation, engagement, and retention through effective communication and recognition.
  • Plan resource allocation, manage team workload, and ensure optimal utilization of QA talent across projects.
  • Define and implement QA processes, standards, and automation frameworks across projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure testing is embedded throughout the SDLC.
  • Oversee functional, performance, and security testing for web and mobile applications.
  • Ensure regression, integration, and end-to-end testing coverage across systems.
  • Implement test automation strategies and maintain test frameworks for scalability and reliability.
  • Establish a quality dashboard and monitor business-critical metrics including Mean Time To Detect (MTTD), Mean Time To Recovery (MTTR), escape defects (Post-Production Defects), and overall release velocity/stability.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating new QA tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and security protocols in fintech solutions.

What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a QA Lead, QA Manager, or Senior QA Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, test planning, and execution in Agile environments.
  • Expertise in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated testing in release workflows.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and databases for end-to-end testing.
  • Knowledge of performance, load, and security testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling, OWASP ZAP).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Excellent problem -solving abilities and attention to detail. .
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
